Speaking of guns:
I walked into Outdoor World yesterday to buy some 9mm ammo for my Glock.
(If you have not collected an occasional rent with a concealed
weapon, [ YES ! I'm legally licensed! ] then you are missing the
joy of a higher power : )
The guy in the gun dept said they were all out of 9mm ammo.
He said you have to be here when the truck gets in because we sell out every day!
I said WHY?!
He said since Obama got in office, people are afraid of 3 things:
1 - that there will be more gun regulation
2 - that there will be a heavy tax on ammunition
3 - that if the banks collapse in a big way, you will need bullets to protect your food.
This has caused a nationwide ammunition shortage and the only way you can buy 9 mm ammo is to wait for the truck to come in.
For those of us who remember Y2K, it sounds like more of the same but in this case, millions have already lost their homes.
